I was working around the Tuas area this week and will be there for another 1 more week as the cilent's office is located there.

Took at least 1 hour (in the MRT) to reach Boon Lay MRT from Kembagan, then we took a taxi to the cilent's place (another 15 - 20 minutes). After the MRT ride, I usually feel sleepy and tired. SIAN. This reinforce my reason for choosing SMU instead of NTU - SMU is nearer to home!!!

First Defu lane, now Tuas... at least they are more interesting than being in the office!

By the way, Lunch around Tuas area is very interesting. Since calling a taxi is very expensive (there are no taxis around the area and the bus takes a long time to come), we don't go down to Jurong Point for lunch. Thus, we have to order lunch in the morning so that the receptionist can fax the order to the supplier as the canteen is not ready yet. Then the supplier will deliver the food around noon.

The people their have their lunch at 12pm sharp (a bell will ring at 12pm) and go home at 5.30pm sharp (another bell will ring at 5.30pm). Like being in school don't you think?
